Where To Buy Keto Bagels?
Hello Keto Bagel Fans!,
Today we are going Bagel crazy with our article on where to buy keto bagels. We will give you a couple of suggestions on where you can get them, but we don’t just stop there, heck no!! We will give you information on how many carbs are in a keto bagel, tips on how to store them, and the star of this article will be a recipe on how to make your own fresh keto bagel!
Where To Buy Keto Bagels?
It’s recommended that you start at a health food store. Almond flour and coconut flour bagels are just one example of the kinds of keto-friendly foods that can be found at most health food stores. Having the delight of biting into a fluffy, toasted bagel without the guilt is worth the extra cost of these options.
Alternatively, you can search online for stores that specialize in selling keto-friendly foods and other items. These stores typically carry a greater variety of keto snacks and may even let you sign up for recurring deliveries of your favorites.
How Many Carbs Are In A Keto Bagel?
Let’s discuss how many carbohydrates they contain. Due to their wheat flour content, conventional bagels are not keto-friendly. However, a keto-friendly version of this classic morning meal is now possible thanks to the wonders of almond flour. A common question that crops up is just how many carbohydrates are in a keto bagel?. A keto bagel, on average, will have between four and six grams of carbs. This may not seem like a lot, but keep in mind that the ketogenic diet is high in fat and moderate in protein while being low in carbohydrates. You can include a keto bagel in your diet as long as you don’t exceed your daily carb allowance. Keep in mind that the carbohydrate content will vary depending on the brand or recipe you choose, so always be sure to read the label. Additionally, remember that moderation is essential! Do not assume that because something is considered keto-friendly that you may eat a dozen of them without consequence. Limit yourself to a couple of bagels topped with cream cheese or avocado, both of which are high in fat and low in carbohydrates.
How Do You Store Your Bagels?
All right, let’s talk about storage. Keto bagels are best kept in an airtight container in the fridge to ensure they retain their flavor and texture. Keeping them in a humid environment will keep them from drying out and going stale. They can be stored for up to a week in the fridge and three months in the freezer. You should just double-wrap them in plastic before putting them in the freezer.

Can You Make Your Keto Bagels In A Bread Machine?
You may be wondering, “Can keto bagels be made in a bread machine?” The correct answer is “yes.” Keep in mind that wheat flour is not allowed on the ketogenic diet, and so, most bread machine recipes are off limits. You may easily adjust a bread machine recipe by switching out the wheat flour for almond flour.
What Keto Toppings Can I Have On My Bagel?
Let’s finish up by discussing condiments. The beauty of keto bagels is that they pair well with a wide variety of nutritious spreads and toppings. Cream cheese, avocado, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and even peanut butter or Nutella that doesn’t ruin your keto diet are some of our favorites. Countless tantalizing permutations are possible. You can make your own keto bagels at home if you’re feeling daring. This way, you may customize the ingredients and carb content to your specific needs.
